I think the last day I didn't have an alcoholic drink was about 3 weeks ago. That can't be good. Sitting in work today feeling like crap I thought to myself, take a few days off the booze, get yourself sorted and feeling a bit better. Then I get home after another shit day and think hey, there's a few beers in the fridge and a nice bottle of red hanging round...should I? This is what it's like to have the will power of a 10 year old. Part of me fancies just sitting back with a few glasses of wine watching Chuck while the alternative is decaf coffee. Either way I reckon I'll still feel like crap tomorrow. If I stop now I'll probably have withdrawal symptoms based on the amount of booze I've consumed over 3 weeks! I'm essentially talking myself into it at the moment.
