good morning.

it feels so nice to sleep in late. although I got to wake up in a wonderful way yesterday before work.

Lynda gave me four doors from an antique display case for me to paint. I get half of whatever they sell for. which in my prices would be terrible but she usually prices things at the beanery fairly high when it comes to paintings.

also the newest self portrait that i have been working on is going very well. I will most likely post pictures soon. I am getting much more into oil painting than i was before.

I am slightly dissappointed with how little there is left of my summer.
I still want to go to see the ocean. something new. these mountains aren't all that exciting.

I met Ron's French students that he is host-parenting. they aren't too big on the town. they said that i was the first young person that they have met here so i was thinking of maybe taking them to a movie with some friends. it could be fun.

Mark's party is today. I need directions and a shower. oh and a good gift. better get on that.
