i agree that sometimes goin home is overrated...i'm tryin to plan a trip soon...cuz thanksgiving is comin up & tis my fave holiday ever!...tis all about the food & watchin willy wonka & the chocolate factory 
...i try to take my lovely puppy to make such situations better but he seems to be resisting the trip this time around...and cuz black friday is always madness no matter where one works.. i'll prolly have to reschedule thanksgiving even though i don't actually work thanksgiving day for the first time in years...i hope you have a good trip!
