the 40s?!????!!!!

brrrrrrrrr.....

y'know. when i lived in new york & vermont, i remember 40 being tank top weather & I could run out in the snow.

hells, when it was 11 degrees, i was THRILLED when NY1 would report it was a warm 23 degrees.
