Today I am installing a dishwasher. I bought it yesterday. Was not impressed with the salemen. The first guy I was speaking with left me he said for a second to help a couple after showing me two dishwashers. I told him I was looking to buy a dishwasher. The couple soon told him they may not buy, but they were looking at a $1000 dishwasher. Mean while I am looking at dishwashers myself another saleman comes over and asks if I'm being helped. I said I was but I guess he wanted to make sale to the couple and not me. Anyway the new saleman helped me pick out a quiet energy star mid range $530.00 and I bought it. He was good at explaining the various features, but also think he was making some things up as he was going. The big push for the service contract was kind of irritating also. I was happy to see the couple didn't buy. I almost bought a Bosch $650.00 model, but they didn't have any in stock. I have such an exciting life. I tossed my old dishwasher out last weekend. My city had a free appliance pick up day and my dishwasher wasn't working. I tried to fix it myself and I think I have a good idea what was wrong with it, but didn't do the research on how to get replacement parts. If I had a service guy come out it would have been at minimum $150.00 on a 10 year plus noisey dishwasher. Time was ticking and I hualed the old dishwasher to the curb.

yeah not eating much is even more irritating, but if you can make it through the first 2 or 3 days it's shocking how much it swings back to good.
