So a friend / coworkers girlfriend is introducing me to a coworker of hers tomorrow. I don't know anything about the woman. I have been told she is attractive, smart, divorced, no kids, a good career, and my age. Plus my friends girlfriend thinks we would be a good match. I guess she has been trying to think about women to set me up with for awhile now and my friend / coworker has been putting a stop to it. He says one woman she wanted to set me up with is very bad news. So we are all meeting for drinks and possibly dinner tomorrow after work. Is this a blind date? I don't usually care for having other people along with on first dates. First dates are about getting to know each other and not having couples watching to see how things are working out. But this isn't a date it is just an introduction. If things aren't promising I can talk with my friend and she can talk with hers and at the end go our seperate ways. I hope we get along though and it turns into more dates. I do think meeting women thru friends is the best way to meet.
Bars suck, internet sucks, and I am just not good at meeting women in everyday life routines. When someone sets you up you know that the person you are being set up with isn't currently attached to someone and is just messing around. They are someone who wants to meet a good guy.

Oddly enough, all my friends who moved to Minneapolis are moving/have moved back. I've been there though, and found it to be lovely.
