Princess bean is my first cosplay set and it was so much fun to shoot! I chose Princess Bean because I’m kind of in love with her. She’s a heavy drinking badass with a good heart. Plus I love all the things Matt Groening creates (futurama is my go to when idk what else to watch). If you haven’t watched disenchantment on Netflix, you’re missing out, it’s pretty great!
@zen and I had a pretty fun time shooting this set and I feel like it shows. To just focus on @zen for a moment, she seriously is a dream to work with! I say those exact words all the time because there’s no better way to describe it. She made me feel so comfortable the entire time, suggested great poses and is always looking to get the perfect shot of you. And she does. Every. Single. Time. Anytime I get photos back from her I can barely believe it’s me because she makes me look so good! ☺️ Ily @zen and I appreciate all that you do! You’re an incredible photographer and I cannot wait to work with you again!
Out of the entire set, this is probably my favorite!
Why is it my fave?! Well, since you didn’t ask, I’ll tell you anyway lols.... I think it’s the face I make right after I’ve been poured a fresh beer and take a moment to smell all the aroma popping off in the foam. I love a beer with a good healthy head on it. Did you know a ‘good’ pour is considered to be roughly two fingers worth of foam or head? They also say that 80% of your beer experience is in the foam. Again, are you wondering why? Well, mostly because you’re getting all those yummy aromas of hops, malts, wild yeasts or some kind of fun spice all up in your nose so when you take a sip it helps your taste buds on your tongue figure out what’s going on in there 😜 for example, in these outtakes, this is how it’s done :
Step 1 : you sniff
Step 2 : (not necessary) you can lick
Step 3: you drink
In this set I think I was drinking Rupture IPA by Odell brewing . I’ll spare you all the geeky beer facts for now and just say it’s a yummy aromatic ipa with some floral notes.
Ummmm not sure if we’re still on track with my initial intentions of this post but I’m happy with where we went! Thanks for reading, thanks again for all the love and please share my set so Princess bean on the front page 🙏💕
Who knows, maybe I’ll do some more beer demos or beer related posts 🤷♂️ or maybe I won’t 🤷♂️ But cheers anyway and I hope you enjoyed the set 🍻✨✨✨
