So, I've been thinking that I need to see a bit of the USA before I move away to Argentina. My favorite cities are Boston, San Francisco, Portland, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington DC, Miami, and Phoenix. The places I haven't even been that I think I would like to see are Chicago, LA, and New Orleans.
Some cities I love especially on the East Coast will be easy for me to visit. I will definitely fit in trips to Boston, Philadelphia, and Baltimore before I go. They are simple trips I can take any weekend. I have friends that I can stay with who live these cities. And because I work for the railroad so I can travel to pretty much anywhere in the northeast for free. I am also going to be heading to Miami for sure in December, so I can check that one off of my list, as well.
I have a $500 voucher from American Airlines. I think I could pull off two trips with this voucher if I add a little bit of my own cash to it. So where should I go? Where have you been in the US that you think is a must see for someone who hasn't been there before? Any ideas?

I did meet her when you two were still dating. I met both of you in September 2005 before an SGNJ event at QXTs for Iggy's birthday. Looking back it doesn't seem like that long ago but it feels like it was ages ago because so much has happened between then and now.
