My fucked up dreams from last night have led me to swear off crimelibrary.com, though I refuse to give up reruns of CSI.
Anyone heard of Issei Sagawa? *shudder*
Yesterday I went to Symposium and drank the loveliest red I've had in a while. I'm not a wine freak by any stretch, but good wine is one of the greatest pleasures of consumption---along with chocolate, dragonwell tea, and coffee. I am too frequently reminded that life is short, so when I consume these wonderful, frangrant things I am reminded of everything else I need to do before I die.
1. Finish my book.
2. Get my PhD.
3. Go to Japan.
4. Write another book.
5. Go to India.
6. Make more art.
etc.
It's not a bad remembrance; it's more of a pleasant kick in the ass.
