Goood Evening SG,
Today was a amazing! Me and two of my other girlfriends got out and were able to spend a couple of hours climbing around Vasquez Rocks Park! As a huge fan rocks, earthquakes, and scifi this place was liike heaven for me.

20 to 25 million years ago in a series of violent events along the two plates that form the San Andreas Fault line caused these amazing rock formations to form, and after years of erosion it has reveled the different layers of sediments, clay, and other deposits that once covered the face of this earth. It is also the location where Star Trek was filmed!!

I love a good challenge and so as soon as we got there we all decided that we were going to climb to the top of the highest peak and climb we did, straight up between two of the layers along the side! When were reach the top we just sat there forever and just took in the most amazing view along with sharing one of my beautifully rolled blunts

After making the trip safely back down we explored all the other formations that scattered the area. I don't think I can explain to you in this blog the love I have for rocks and the forces that cause earthquakes, walking around in this place was just amazing. Everywhere I turned there was some new formation or another layer of quartz filled sediments, I was like a kid in a candy stone climbing on top of everything, jumping from rock to rock and examining all the little details in the different layers of rock. The whole place also had this calming effect unlike any other place I have hiked around LA, it felt like you were in a completely different world which made it so easy to let go of the craziness of the city.

I was also able to get out after I got home to buy myself a little present for my iPad which i've been using to do all my SG stuffs, and until now it's been super uncomfortable and awkward trying to post blogs and interact in groups.

YES!!! it totally is a little keyboard and its amazing!! It's all spiffy like with its seven different colors backlite keys and it folds shut just like a macbook would! Best money ever invested on my iPad, typing up this blog was a dream <3
OH i've also become obsessed with this british show about time portals and dinosaurs called Primeval <33333

I always adore to hear people speak about there passions with so much enthousiasm! <3 That must be heaven on earth for you... I don't have anything with Star Trek, but next to that, it looks like something huge and phenomenal... Wish I could see it with my own eyes, and feel it with my own feet!
