So I've decide to once again go on a huge diet of epic proportions. I will attempt to lose twenty pounds in the next two weeks, and stay on the diet for a couple more months and try and knock off forty five to fifty pounds. Why, you ask? Because I'll always see myself as that fat little kid who got picked on all throughout school and always looked down on himself. Stupid, yeah, but I have to do this for me. So I started today. I went to the park and jogged/walked four miles, and barely ate anything, and drank only water. Wooooo. I feel pretty good too. Only, what, 89 more days to go? Heh. Wish me luck pretty people.

go pick up some protien bars. I love the Balance bars. especially the spice cake. They're good for after you work out because they replace the nutrients you need after jogging or whatever you do. Don't quit eating, just eat right. eat correct portions, and make good choices on what you eat. I can help you out portion wise if you'd like. I've got so many health and fitness things it's not even funny.
You also might want to try juice fasting. Anyway. Love you, be safe, and remember, YOU'RE HOT!
