I've never run over an animal before and have always been afraid that I would someday-promised myself I'd wreck driving off the road before I'd hit an animal
Well-I was driving home last night from work and BAM! It felt like a cinder block was thrown at the front of my car and rolled underneath-I have no idea what it was-(definitely not a cinderblock)-the road I was on has lots of hills and no shoulder to pull off onto...and there's a drop off on both sides so there was so way I could stop anywhere to go back and see what it was
I heard something metal dragging under my car for a few seconds and whatever it was dropped because I couldn't hear it anymore. I checked out my car when I got home-license plate was smashed in the my bumber is all cracked in different places and was loose-my stepdad jammed it back in place-but I'm paranoid to drive it now. I drove to town today and didn't have any problems but I'm still paranoid. I have insurance but my deductable is $1000 because I can't afford to pay for anything better. I certainly don't have $1000 to cover my deductable if I DO have to get it fixed...ughh..I need to get my shit together. I'm terrible when it comes to saving money. I need to limit myself to $50 or less per week and put everything else into my account and leave it alone. I have bills but I need to save as much as possible.
On a brighter note I bought a new pattern today and will be featuring the finished product in my etsy shop when it's up and going...but only for a short time because the pattern designer will only allow the final product to be sold a limited number of times...I love it though what do you guys think?

It definitely sounds to me like you hit some metal to do that kind of damage.
If an animal did that... I'm sure it would be big enough that you couldn't have missed seeing it.
Cute hat.
