Am I back?
Let’s say it’s a part-time renaissance. I missed the community and the creativity. I might be leaning more to focusing on the other side of the camera as well. I’ve been doing boudoir photography locally, and it’s going well enough that I put a deposit down on a studio location today.
During my last SG run, I felt the fire slowly dying out. Personal life, mental health, and frustration with my body all took a toll. I didn’t have the space to participate anymore. I also probably came in too hot- as I tend to do with whatever the source of my current hyperfixation is.
I’ve been off the site for a little more than a year. Since then I lost a third of my body weight and got a breast reduction. Both changes have made some things much easier- clothes shopping isn’t as frustrating and my back pain is gone, but it’s also funny how much things haven’t changed. But I’m happy and healthy!
My studio is about an hour north of Sacramento, and should be up and running by October. Message me here or on IG @berlinboudoirphotography if you wanna work together.
