To comment on your question I first have to say that I think outrulethestars' attitude is a little sad. I feel that people don't understand mental illness at all. Yes I believe that eating disorders are products of mental illness and, as both BrightRedScream and RoxieKill say, media and what people perceive as ideal beauty doesn't help...there is definately pressure to look a certain way etc e

I dont think the media can ever be happy on the 'perfect shape' as they are completely hypocritical on the subject when they have "look at the state of _____ she looks like a beached whale" then have "oh god keira knightley looks like a breadstick" then 9 pages along they have "Lose 2 stone in a fortnight for that beach-babe body".
I dont know how women can ever be comfortable with such conflicting messages.

i just phoned the doctors on the off chance and found out that my operation is tomorrow !!! they hadn't let me know, good job I phoned or i'd have been waiting another 6 months !!!
that's great news coz at least now i know i can definately do a shoot soon yay !!!
