I went to downtown Amsterdam again today, and took some more pictures. A different area than last time, older (most buildings date from the 1600s and 1700s), richer in detail, and more in the heart of the city, alongside the canals of downtown Amsterdam. I'll upload the pictures when I'm not too lazy to find my camera cable or resize the pictures .
Apparently taking pictures in Amsterdam automatically means you're a tourist. I was shooting pictures while making my way down to the market for some supplies, when I stopped at an information sign with a map of central Amsterdam. I thought it might be a nice idea to take a picture of that map, and show you guys where the pictures were taken. Maybe tell a little bit about the different areas I showed you, kinda like a travel blog. I've really refound my love for the city lately, so I love showing and telling about it. Anyway, I was standing at the sign, pointing my camera at it and getting ready to take a picture. Then some guy walks up to me, and asks me if I needed directions. He asked in English on top of that. I'm a bloody local! First of all, I know my way around just fine so I don't need directions. Second, I actually speak Dutch, and we're in the Netherlands, so there's no need to approach me in English. Third, I'm not retarded or blind. So even if I *didn't* know my way around or speak the language, the 7 foot high multi-lingual map I'm pointing my camera at, BARELY 2 FEET IN FRONT OF ME, should do the trick just fine. Bleh. Sorry for the rant, but I hate know-it-alls. Especially when they force themselves upon you.
On the weather front, I'm really hoping for rain. Rain has been in the air for days now, but nothing has fallen so far. So it's super humid, making it not pleasent even though the temperature itself is quite nice.
Tomorrow I'm making pancakes, I'll try to take pictures for a foodblog. I might even try and catch my pancake-tossing skills on camera for a vblog. No promises though, as I need to make my kitchen presentable for camera first .
Ok, I've ran out of things to say. So I guess that means it's time to bid you all farewell for now. I hope you all have a good weekend .

A kiss for you, sorry but I don't really feel all that much into talking.
