I hurt my knee really bad! I was working out doing squats, and it make a loud cracking sound. I have it on ice, and am going to take it easy today. I want a roll of unbaked cookiedough, that sounds delicious.

Ouch!! I had that happen to me within the first month I started working out. Heavy squats leave you walking funny for a while... Sounds like a sprain. I hurt myself because of my poor flexibility but it hasn't bothered me since. I don't know if the same applies for you but take it easy when you're working around injury. Don't be a meat head like me. tongue

Unbaked cookie dough? That would sound REALLY good if I was stoned. biggrinbiggrin
