Mike, the other day Kira and I went to the dollar store.
It's called Honk's $1.00. We like to say it really fast, like "HONKSONEDOLLAR".
... But so we were at the honksonedollar, right? And we found a small, creepy lawn figurine of a frog playing a banjo. I'm quite certain you've seen many in your life by now, but this was my first and it was special to me.
Also, check this guy out: it's the documentary filmmaker I told you about who followed Aki Ra, the guy who dismantles Cambodian landmines? The film is called "The Cement Ball of Earth, Heaven and Hell", although all of his films are interesting and bizarre: http://www.cc.utah.edu/~th3597/
Did you go to the Alex Gray exhibit yet? You can't leave New York until you do.
