I am still not at a 100%, but went to hot-bootie yoga anyway. I feel like I sweat out alot of the evil toxins in my body....class was extra hard this morning. I feel soooo much better though. Sore quads, hamstrings, and glutes.. I am lovin' the pain!

So... you know how it is. A couple people come to work when they are feelin' under the weather. The next thing you know, EVERYONE gets sick! Yeah, last night, I stated getting chills...body aches, and fever..and when I got home, I was puking in technicolor all night! Hopefully this'll be outta' my system before Xmas.
