Day 2 of 3, my "OFF" days this week. Tuesday is always hot yoga in the morning at 9:30 am. I have been doing this class for approximately 4 months, 2 or 3 times a week. You would figure after 4 months time I would get over the pulling of ass cheek muscles, pulled hip muscles, sore quads, hams, triceps. What can I say? I am glutton for punishment.... buahahahaha! I <3 the pain, or I wouldn't keep going back.
