I'm slackin'! I know!
Just been incredibly busy as of late. The sun has been out finally, and I have been enjoying it as much as possible.
I need to get rid of my prison tan. Alas, rain is in the forecast for the next ten days. So my phosphorescent skin tone won't find any darker hues anytime soon.
Saw lots of waterfowl returning to the area. Woodducks and mallards, Sandhill cranes, great blue herons and kingfishers are back, and I heard the first red-winged blackbird warble of the year!! Didn't see him though. And the bald eagles are out en force! I even witnessed one fishing. It was incredible.
But the greatest thing about this weekend was the return of the troupe of bluebirds in the field behind my house.
Spring is definitely here!

sounds like fun. I went to see Hellboy last night. going to a babyshower w/my mom today. yup, lots of fun.haha
