Hit the Lansing scene last night and kicked some ass. Came home and sat around playing , Elton John, Bealtes solo songs and old American prison ditties to a dozen or so partied-out michiganders. Sing alongs! Really good times.


SYH653 is meeting me in about 15 minutes for a chaperoned blind date with one of my coworkers. They both are total gear heads. I hope they make some kind of connection. Or maybe they'll fight? It'll be exciting, kinda like being the camera on an episode of Blind Date.

UPDATE

I think it went really well between those two. We were the only ones in the theatre for the 9:50pm showing of Monster, which is really quite good. Christina makes a darling little lesbian, and really dug into the sex scenes with a lot of relish.

Anyway.

They were chatting away during the entire film. Which is good. I gracefully bowed out after the flick, while they went back to her place to check out her cars.

I think success! Of course, as soon as SYH reads this, he will probably get angry that I'm making a reality-journal out of his private life. Sorry, dude. It's too much fun to talk about.
