Today was a slow boring day, not much to say but I did tell the folks at work that their lives are now subject to my storytelling here.
I think tomorrow I may go out and see if I can get a digital camera. I was thinking about getting a web cam, but then you would only get to see me...You don't want to see that, at least not all the time.
There is a guy at work by the name of Mr. Microwave. Ok so that's not his real name but I don't feel good about saying negative things about people who don't know I'm typing about them. Anyway... MrM has to be one of the laziest fellows I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We quite honestly beleive he is sneaking booze on the job. When he is not missing from his work area, he's chatting up the female staff (exept for the waitstaff, they hate him). When he is not doing that, he's eating food. I mean granted, we all eat alot of food at work, but this guy is making his own food at the expence of the job!
So enough about that. When a good MrM story pops up in the future I'll relay it here.
Tonight I made the most lovely sauce for dipping or chicken wings. Hell I'd use it on pasta, too. I have quite the knack for creating lovely things. I only wish my art was more perminant, another reason for the camera. The problem with my culinary creations is that I am no good at coming up with popular names for my stuff. I wish I had a name for what I made tonight. I'll list the ingredients for you all ( I think there may be one person out there that reads this stuff, maybe two!) hopefully I'll get some suggestiuons.
Tomatoes
Scallions
Jalapenos
Garlic
(I know it sounds like salsa)
Cilantro
Cumin
Sage
Chili Powder
Garlic Powder
Salt
Pepper
Sugar and honey
Cinnamon
Balsamic vinegar
Clarified butter
Frank's hot sauce
Cayenne pepper
V8 juice
Well there you go, can't tell you the ammounts or the preparation (Trade secret you know) But I will tell you it makes a lovely sauce

My cat died recently & lately I keep dreaming of her & other dead pets just showing up at my place. Then I call up the vet & ask "How do you explain this!?"

Out of the seven cats I have had in my life, Belle was the only one I went out & bought. The others just happened along.
