Hmmm... SG is slowly becoming my production journal.

I totally missed the boat today. Literally. we shot underwater in the middle of the ocean (ok, not the middle - a few hundred yards off from the dock) and I missed the boat. They rought me out on a shuttle, so no biggie. I spent the whole day on the water and did NOT get seasick! I did sleep a lot, but there was a lot of downtime. Most of the day was drowned in a huge thunderstorm. The top deck of the boat was covered, so it was quite pleasant. We had a ton of technical difficulties, though. By the end of the day, we had no video feeds to the village and were shouting to people on various boats across the ocean to get the scenes shot.

After wrap, I went to the room and watched an episode of Law & Order SVU until I got my invite to dinner. This time it was Indian food with Penn, Teller, Goudeau, Sandra, and Johnny Thompson (an old-time magician/comedian who was in "The Aristocrats." He was the one in the hot tub with the naked young lady). It was delicious and delightful.

Tomorrow is a down day. It looks like my new "crew" is going to go to a turtle farm tomorrow. Who knows....
