We have narrowed down the choices to Cicada Restaurant and The Biltmore hotel. Biltmore is mine and my moms first choice, but it is more expensive. My parents have basically thrown out the Hyatt or anything generic like that all together. Which is awesome. It means that I am having to make all sorts of compromises, but I don't care because the only two things I cared about were my dress and the location. We already bought my dress, and bought one under what my parents had budgeted. Plus, since I am so hot, the dress fits me perfectly and should not need any alterations.
Both Cicada and the Biltmore have incredibly lush, beautiful decors, so we would not need ANY decorations other than very simple table centerpieces, so that will save us a ton of money right there. I've already agreed to borrow a veil from someone (I don't want one anyway so I don't want to spend any money on one) and have agreed to compromise on the flowers (I would prefer red roses for my bouquet but can be swayed). Don't really care about the flowers - whatever is cheap.
Oh and we won't need to hire a videographer because most of our friends have experience directing, and of course, Insaniac is an editor

The entire place is just awesome, I have filtered through there for years and still havent found every hidden little gem.
