Ok, I guess my last post where I claimed to be alive was a big fat lie because then I disappeared. However, it is for a good reason:
I have had actualy work to do! Not ebay crap, but a real project from one of the producers here in the office! Yes, I am still a lowly receptionist, but at least now I have an important (and top-secret) project to work on. And I think that this will lead to other gigs because everyone seems pleased with my work.
The project is just about over so unless they give me something else to do, I will probably be back around more.
One of the other reasons that I haven't been around is that I have been a little ball of anxiety the last few weeks. Not sure over what... just this overwhelimg feeling that I always have things that I NEED to be doing. I can't slow my brain down, and up until a week ago, I had been unable to sleep because I would lay in bed all jittery about things I needed to do (or thought I needed to do). David Bowie helped all that
Yep, we saw Bowie at the Shrine Monday night. Damn, that man is sexy. It was such a great show (tied for my second favorite show with Nine Inch Nails; Inland Invasion I think is my #1), and I always feel a little euphoric and very relaxed after a really good concert, so I have been at least sleeping...
... though I won't be sleeping much any more thanks to my early B-Day present from my Insaniac - a DVD/VHS player, the Critic DVD set, and the Evanescence CD (and thanks to the bunnies for my new pillows).
you all... gonna go harass you all in your journals now... or at least try to before I implode or something....
Edited to add:
Insaniac just combined all his music and all my music and smooshed them all into my computer. I now have 38 gigs of music (over 9,500 songs - and that doesn't include the 14 gitgs of Cure bootlegs I transfered to data DVD) and can't decide what to listen to. Name something!

Are you really back for good?
My ex gave me a DVD for Christmas but my VCR is old and doesn't have the right hook ups or something. So I am just sitting on that. I don't even own any DVD's yet anyway. I am sure that will change soon.
How are you guys? Goin' out tonight?
Edited to include: I just downloaded a bunch of Adam Ant from itunes right now.
Also, I am sure there is another way to hook up my DVD but I am lazy.
