First off, I AM GOING TO GO MEET MADONNA! I am so freaked out! I aboslutely 
Madonna! Granted, her last couple of albums have been mediocre at best, but I have been a fan since I was 6, so I am beyond stoked. I won some contest that a local radio station was running: 25 words or less, why you want to meet her. An hour later, I get a call - I'm a winner! Granted, there are going to be like 200 other people there (it is a private book signing) but I still get to at least shake her hand and get a free autographed copy of her book.
On top of that, I had a great weekend with my guy. We went to Disneyland on Saturday with his brother and his wife. Sunday we went for super-awesome pizza with Maxx and Methoxy. Did some quick X-Mas shopping at the Beverly Center, then we went and got Methoxy's nipples pierced. Since it seems that I can no longer enter a piercing parlour without getting something pierced, I got a tiny little barbell in the chunk of cartelidge above the tragus and to the left of the daith. I wanted my other tragus done, but I have the beginnings of a nasty keloid scar above the one I just did a month ago, so my piercer suggested we wait until that one clears up before attacking my other ear.
The corsetting is going well, I think. I wore it all weekend - even to Disneyland (though I took it off halfway through the evening because my back was tweaked a bit and my leg was starting to go numb). Today I tightened it significantly (which is tough to do when you are all by yourself). It was getting too comfortable. I definately feel the tightness, mostly in my ribs, but it is not painful and not a bad tightness. I have decided that my goal is to get my waist to 22 or 23 inches corsetted by the time I get my corset piercings. Right now I am about 25 inches corsetted.
