So I went to see the Rev Horton Heat tonight in Philly with some friends...the show was great!
Honestly, you gotta love the smaller venue shows...they really play to the audience. Hell, the Rev was taking requests from the crowd...and it's not every day you get to see someone playing guitar while standing on a bass that someone else is playing at the same time.
I had a great time and I'm not even a big fan, though I might be after this. I just love all different kinds of music.
Oh...if you have a House of Blues in your area, check out their show schedule...I got tickets to a few shows and joined their membership (for free), and now I get emails for upcoming shows and free tickets sometimes.
OK...time to sleep, work tomorrow.
