The lawyer for the AZ association of Realtors says they are acting illegally. We have already started escrow. They are stubbornly sticking to their guns and trying to be dicks. I said that must be one hell of another offer. We have stellar credit, top 2%, we have a decent down payment, a reputable lender and our offer they accepted and we accepted is only $7K less than full asking price. We have already begun filing complaints. I've been collecting email addresses and names of everyone involved and I'm lodging complaints against every one if them. I'm over this shit.

Dayum. You know, I definitely support your struggle to keep people from commiting an injustice towards you. I mean.. you don't even know if there really is a 'Better' offer. This could be a case of discrimination becasue of something they discovered about you that they don't approve of. It burns me when people are like that. But all that being said, wresting a house from someone who doesn't want you to have it seems like a very sad way to aquire a new home. So much bad karma right of the bat, you know.

Yes, stick with it, kick ass. Balance wrong doing by fighting against it and winning! I am never a fan of walking away or laying down and taking shit
