Busy busy busy. I'm building a new deck in my back yard and landscaping it. I'm kind of on my own with it and I have a largeish yard. I did a faceplant into my oleander tree today while trying to trim it. I was up in it on a ladder and then put one foot over onto a branch to get a better angle with my saw and the branch broke. I wasn tangled in branches and couldn't put my arms out to catch myself so I just slammed face first into one of the lower branches. That sucked. I look like a poster child for domestic abuse. I had to run up to Home Depot soon after it happened and EVERYONE kept looking at me. It got me right across the eye, cheek and temple and has gone from red and swolen to working on a nice shiner.

I'm such a mess, my feet are gouged up by a cactus, hands cut to ribbons by my decorative grass, back, shoulder, face, shin, arm and top of foot all fucked up by falling into the stupid oleander. And I tripped over the string I had laid out for my concrete guide last night, totally ensnared myself in it and fell bruised my hands and knees. I don't think I have been this fucked up ever, except for the time I broke my leg skateboarding. Seriously, my yard is kicking my ass..... And I have SO much left to do.
