I have had so much going on with performances the last few weeks. I am sad about the show I was part of the 31st. A lot of things outside of our control happened which made the show really not what it should have been. We still finished it, but it was so depressing. The computer which plays the keyboards and has other audio was malfunctioning. We had our whole set up backlined so our set up should have taken 5 min or less but instead it took an eternity because breakers kept blowing and resetting everything and then something in the computer fried and it limped through the show but half of our audio was gone and right in the middle it suffered a major crash which of course ruined the entire energy of the show. I watched the video a friend of mine took and there were some very good parts and the stuff I was part of did go almost flawlessly, but still, a lot of stuff that should not have happened happened which really has everyone down.
We brought in 4 Clay Packy lights and didn't have the power for all of them so we had to cut down to one. We had a custom gobo with the band logo made and we could not place the light to have the logo be right on the center stage because of the weight of the lighting and the way the cieling at the venue was. Otherwise our lighting guy did an amazing job with what we had and how poor the wiring in the club was. The power problems were just depressing.
Then this weekend I was part of a performance art piece called a grind whore. It was at a monthly event and was a whole bunch of metal sculptures with people grinding on them. It looked cool.
I had to make my outfit for it about 2 hours before I had to start grinding. Here are some photos from it.
Here is me and my best friend messing around practicing in the green room before our show on the 31st and a little piece of Halo in the back too.
Oh yes and what do you think of the red hair?

You are very pretty. You remind me of the chick on my avatar. When she's not all demonized.
