Oh my god it has been some serious crazy. I stopped a woman and her daughter from being carjacked on Friday night. That was scary. I was calm as can be when it happened but when I got home I had a little breakdown. Not bad, but it hit me how dangerous the situation really was.
I got several AMAZINGLY FABULOUS items for the holidays from a couple of people on this site and I want to make a late, but heartfelt thank you for them. I have been very busy, and very stressed and just didn't have the time or energy to give proper thanks and I feel awful about it. I had planned to bake cookies and send them out as thanks and whatnot and as it was I ended up letting Honey Baked Ham do my holiday cooking for me (and I don't even celebrate the holidays really, but was thankful for the gift certificate I got from a client.) and baked pretty much nothing at all Kept thinking tomorrow things would calm down and they just don't.
I've been sewing like a mad woman to try and be sure I have enough for the $2500 fines if I don't get the charges against me dropped. Who knew having a fan in a trailer made me public enemy number one.
All this while I should be getting my web site launched, am trying to learn how to weld and have a "spring line" to develop. Yeech. Well, hopefully I'll have $2500 worth of marketable one of's by my next court date and even if they drop the fines I can at least have some extra cash for other stuff I need.
On Sunday I shot a set for a girl who will hopefully be our next AZ SG. Gorgeous girl! I'm sure she is in. It was good times. The one break I forced myself to take. I promised her I would do this shoot 2 months ago and I try hard to not flake or go back on my word.
So that's all for tonight everyone. Wish me luck getting all of this stuff made and enough money raised to not impact my ability to cover my other expenses.
