Can you believe October is already over?! Me either :-( While you're busy taking comfort wrapping yourselves up in spider webs and plotting for next year's shenanigans I figured I'd share my very special month of October with you!
I dressed up as a playboy bunny for halloween! What was your costume? My husband dressed up as Hugh Hefner it was perfect haha. We held a rocking halloween bash here at our place and, naturally, invited as many local SG babes as we could fit!!
The night was magical. @sobelle drove in to be there which was awesome--doesn't she make a fabulous Beetlejuice?! We had a costume contest with cash prizes to encourage creativity and she won first place!! Congrats @sobelle thanks a ton for coming and bringing your A game babe ;-) @enigma_ was there too, looking amazing as a sinful nun I'll add<3
The always beautiful @milenci was there as a tantalizing vampire with her partner...they rocked it out! Sorry for the crap quality but for once we were too busy having fun and forgot to take better pics until, well.....the alcohol took in ;-)
Sweetie pie @vaega came all the way from NYC for the week woot woot!! She threw on some sexy lingerie and in true suicidegirls form rocked some horns and BAM a devil was made haha. She wasn't the only one to join in! @catarina came to visit for the week as well from St Louis! We also were having so much fun and forgot to take pics whoops....add to that category @smashbase! Pictures, well lack there of aside, my heart was so happy all night surrounded by so many amazing people in this community there to party the night away with<3
Would ya look at these cuties?! After the busy weekend we made the trek out to a place called Richardson Adventure farm. It's like 1.5hr north of Chicago close to Wisconsin and boasts the world's largest corn maze! This thing was no joke...and no, we did not finish it lol. The thing was like 9mi by 11mi yikes! I'd say we got about halfway through before darkness took over completely.
We came prepared with weed, gloves, hats and hand warmers...but we did not account for how dark it would be when the sun went down haha. Let's just say next year we are coming prepared and with headlights!!! Determined to finish this thing in 2020.
This was honestly such a fun day. Thanks @catarina and @vaega for being such good sports! Before the sun went down we made sure to get our faces painted before the artist took off for the night. Solid decision if ya ask me!
Once the sun went down the drinks well...began to flow ;) Thanks to my husband for driving us 3 sleepy bears home safely after the fun was done!
Before the girls left we made sure to hit Boystown for the night! Danced the night away and sung show tunes at a favorite local bar for hours. Before we left we got to meet the man himself, Billy Porter!!! We chatted with him for a bit before getting some of the biggest warmest hugs received in a while.
Not gonna lie. His skin was smoother than butter and he smelled of ecstasy in a bottle...this man exudes sex appeal, confidence strength and is a beacon to the queer community. Thanks for being so damn kind Billy!!!
You know I took the girls to eat some bomb food while here too!! I definitely stretched my waist a bit hehe....
Okie I think that's about it for October!! I can't say enough how grateful I am to be a part of this amazing community. I'm forever indebted for the friendships and connections I've made, as well as the memories to last me a lifetime. So happy to share this spooky month with my babes and more!!
