I'm not going to clog up a board with a topic that's been brought up one hundred times over before.

I have women problems, I suppose they're self inflicted but they're problems none the less. On Halloween weekend I made a 10 hour drive from Alabama to Florida to meet a girl in person for the first time in 4 years of knowing one another. We stayed up talking about her asshole of a boyfriend...from 8 till 6:30 the next morning. She hasn't seen him in FOUR MONTHS, they rarely talk and when they do he's either too drunk to stay awake, too busy playing w.o.w., or (as usual) doesn't answer. He lives about 2 and a half hours away but can't manage to see her in 4 months....I drove ten hours just to get a fucking hug essentially and the you're such a good friend.

What makes a girl want to chase someone that could give three shits and a fuck if they're even alive? Is there just something about the chase of..." he doesn't a give a fuck about me, maybe I can make him care!"

Any comments that can explain this to me?
