In less than a week I move to Wellington. Scary! I finally have a place to live and I've started packing. I actually didn't think I had that much stuff, but my books/cds/dvds took up 2 1/2 banana boxes just on their own.

I finished up at work on Friday and they gave me a suitcase and a gift basket full of uni survival stuff. Ah, they love me I got an awesome reference as well, so I shouldn't have much of a problem finding a job up there. I figure if I slog it out at another supermarket for a few months until I settle in, I can get another more exciting job in a cafe or something later. Because of my student allowance (which Studylink are still fucking around with), I can only work 14/15 hours per week anyway, depending on what they pay me.

I'm so excited about moving! No more crappy Invercargill.

I think my asthma has come back due the the stress of it all, and to top it off I've lost my inhaler. It has been so long since I've used it that I have no idea what house it's even in. I had to make a doctors appointment (there goes 50 bucks) for Thursday to get a new one so I'm not awake at all hours of the night coughing my lungs out and struggling to breathe.

I've decided to go back to being a redhead for uni. I'm going to buy some pillarbox red manic panic hair dye off trademe Now I just have to talk my friend into bleaching my hair then dying it for me.
