Had my first sparring session since I got back from my holiday yesterday. Went pretty good. My fitness wasn't as bad as I had thought.

Thanks I love my dogs. I agree with your opinion on movie critics totally, most of the movies that I love have terrible ratings.
I strongly believe that a person is free to believe in and do whatever they like in life provided it doesn't affect others in a serious way and those views aren't pushed onto others.
unfortunately this isn't the case with a lot of people and to me it's one of societies biggest issues. there's to much "I'm right and you're wrong" and so much judging....
