It's the result of failing a breath test while on my pre trial supervision monitoring... I'm an idiot and drank too much on new years... sigh.
I'm pretty sure I'm gonna choose rehab, I know it will be really expensive though, so that makes the decision a lot harder. If I do end up going to jail, it will be until my sentencing (Feb 6th), and then the judge could elect to give me more time as a part of my sentence, so I really don't know what's going to happen, and I'm scared.
