hello everyone.
i'm using argon's computer so i can say hello to all of you. I just finished looking at over a month and a half worth of sets which is kinda tiring actually, after a while all the girls blur together into one.
I'm really happy the way that rayna's set turned out. I'm just bummed that the both of us are so computer limited that we couldn't comment back right away. I wanted to tell you a little bit about what i sacrifice for art. Well about two weeks before we shot it back in october, i was hit by a car and pulled my ACL so i had to wear a giant leg brace ( i couldn't bend my knee!) so when we shot the set i had to bring my friend julie along to help me being that i was so immobile. During some of the shots she would have to come behind me and help support my weight so i wouldn't fall down and hurt myself worse. My knee ended up hurting so bad i had to quit shooting her and one of the pictures is actually shot by julie, which made her pretty happy to have it in the set. In rayna's first set i think that they didn't choose enough of the pictures that i shot which made me really upset, but this set was much better because they included over 40 which made me smile! Thanks everyone for your comments on the set, me and Rayna worked hard on it... there were rusty nails digging into her during a lot of the shots! And the quality of the camera is what it is, neither one of us has a digital camera and i think i did a pretty good job without any other light sources than the sun and a camera about 5 years old that was really a camcorder and not meant to take high quality pictures. Not everyone can afford to have nice things
Next week i'm moving into my new apartment and i'm so excited! I can't wait to move back to iowa city and out of my parents house and back to the internet!!!!!!
hugs and kisses to all of you!
