I encourage any and all peoples who live in a major city with lots of traffic to take the opportunity to drive on the bussiest street or highway durring the superbowl. 2 years ago I lived right next to the 405fwy in west L.A. (you know, where Brandy killed that lady) I was able to lay down in the fast lane and not even get close to any cars. Noone is out. People are trapped. The streets are ours.
