I'm not trolling shit, nor did I say that everyone stuck in NO is all banded together against the government. I was responding to FreakPirate who wondered why anyone would shoot at the cops during an emergency, since that would discourage sending relief.

It didn't seem to occur to FP that not everybody WANTS order to be restored in NO. It's not a majority, but they're there. They're killing cops, raping and looting, and extending the misery.
