Eh. Another set back.
Our guitarist informed me of his plans to go to graduate school out of state. Which means he's going to leave the band. I'm very sad but I understand what he has to do. For a second I almost lost myself. For a split second I was thinking that I should quit, too. But I decided that I am not going to let ANYONE destroy my dream and I am going to try my hardest to achieve it no matter what.
The good thing is, he told us early enough to get a replacement. And we are going to try out my good friend Boy, whom I have played music with since I was twelve. Although he does not listen to our style of music, he is extremely talented, dedicated, and loyal. I'm excited to work with him and hope the other band members accept him.
in other news I sent out twenty copies of our cd to Japan's Linus Records. It's an Indie record shop and they want to promote and sell our cd there. FUN FUN!
