So you may have read that I have been struggling with an injury and as a consequence, could not do any exercise whatsoever. What an absolute pain that was, not only physical but mental as well.
Well I am pleased to say that after a month of resting and light work, today I managed to get back on to the wagon so to speak. I am now managing about 4 miles of running each day and the knee is holding out. I still have weird issues relating to sitting for a while and then getting up as the knee just seems weak, but I am chuffed to bits with the running.
Which means I have also lost more weight and improving my resting heart rate too. Well it would be even better if you girls kept your clothes on to......;-)
