So as you will read from my previous blogs, I hurt my left leg about two weeks ago running. I’m not 100% sure what I did to it other than it was not a bone broken, so probably ligaments or something like that.
I have had to hobble and rest it for what feels like an age now that it’s been increasing frustrating not being able to train, even though I know any effort would have put me even further back.
However, today I feel like I should be trying to get out there again and will be putting it to the test. It will be a small run for today, but hoping this will be the start. Otherwise, it will be back to square one and I will have to seek proper medical care.
