Well, as a matter of an update, you will be pleased to read that after a couple of days of resting, the injury has started to rescind and the pain has subsided. The feeling of being an absolute fool hasn't but at least the leg and knee are recovering.
I guess my real concern now is the matter of turning these slow and steady walks back into a run and to say that I am nervous of a repeat is on my mind. I would hate to have to take another step back when I am mentally ready for getting "match" ready. So any positive encouragement or thoughts you may have for me would be appreciated.
Saying that, I have really been enjoying my time here on SG and have posted a little, but not enough I am sure to get myself out there. So will be making some new posts in the Group very soon......I think I have an idea on how I can be more useful to you girls and no, not in THAT way! You will see.....
