Today is a good day. The sun is finally shining, which for the UK is a rare thing indeed, and there is a freshness in the air that just begs me to go out for a run, so I will.
Yes I will get hot and sweaty, which in some circumstances is a delight, but I know it will be pain as I get so bored.
So I am seeking some SG encouragement for my phys and exercise. What keeps you motivated and for that matter, what can you do to keep me at it?

That hurt! But found a track to bounce to, which took my mind off of the boredom. But I still need some inspiration. 5 miles run today....🏃🏼♂️.....💥....
