so I need to lose weight and get healthy. The first thing I am going to do is cut coke out of my diet. For me I find the best thing you can do to get healthy is fix your diet and then introduce exercise into your routine. What kinds of things have you done to help/motivate you to get healthy?

For me, diet makes the biggest and quickest impact. Exercise is obviously a positive contribution to building muscle etc but that's not really what helps me lose fat. Eliminating sugars will do wonders as well as eating foods that aren't super processed. The less ingredients in something, the better. Also, if you don't know what an ingredient is or if you can't pronounce it, stay away!!
