I have generalized anxiety with a panic disorder. What helps the most is taking my medication (which was properly suited to me), not take any caffeine, force myself into situations that cause me anxiety so I can lower my anxiety in that situation in the future, do meditation and yoga, drink lots of water, drink chamomile infusions, etc :3
