The bird is dead.
I called the emergency wild animal shelter to find out what to do and they suggested I force feed it a little warm water and a little bread so I did. The little sparrow seemed to be doing better so I bundled it up and let it sleep. They told me it might be hypothermia and to make sure to keep it warm and bring it in first thing in the morning. I wanted to take it last night (or this morning cause I don't remember what time it was) but they said they were only on phone service because of the holidays. When I woke up and went to check on it the little sparrow wasn't breathing.
Wish I could have done more.
