Im a week into the 30 day shred. Its OK.
ive lost an inch in my chest though and nowhere else..lol
i bought a chin up bar in hope of starting the p90x but my place is all screwy and doesnt have normal doorframes.
so there goes 40 bucks... :S
Im gonna have to figure out this shit and soon. im so bored. I hate my gym and having unsupportive parents around makes it hard to work out.
im frustrated.
i wonder if i can do like 3 days at the gym with the weights and 3 days at home with the cardiox, kempox and core synergistics???

It is good to mix things up. Alternating how and when you work out keeps your body guessing.
