So. I always get asked what i do for my training and diet.
and i really havent detailed it because i am NOT a personal trainer nor a nutritionist.
I just do what works for me.
I am in the best shape of my life right now.
I could barely walk on the treadmill for 10 minutes 8 months ago.
Now i interval train for 40 minutes..
2 km run is nothing for me now.
I get my new bike tomorrow and the pool opens in a couple of weeks.
hmmmmm train for a mini tri??? should i?
oh.. and for those who wanna know... I live with rick now. Just trying to decide what i am getting rid of. purging sucks.

My goal is a half marathon this year... maybe a full --- we'll see how my knee holds up after the first 22kms!

Also - observation time: you haven't lost too much boob-weight! --- this is a good thing.
