OK so ive made a concious decision to not continue with the boxing for now.
its a 40 minute workout on top of the 10 hours im already at the gym..
I believe i might be overtraining.
Im just not psyched about going anymore.
i always feel like throwing up...and tired after.. not the good tired either.
And believe me, i don't slack when i go workout on my own...
I just cant handle it..
ill go back to it in a bit...
i think ill add yoga and stretching instead... kind of like a meditative workout instead of a "GO GO GO!" one...

I don't think I need to be yelled at by a trainer to be motivated... yoga on the other hand = good! --- and probably good to break up the monotony of self-governed training right?
Plus - flexibility is always a good thing!
